The course must be designed to accommodate ten (10) individuals on-site in New Orleans, LA from January 7-8, 2007 in order to meet the agen cys needs. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any proposals received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this synopsis.
