- Description
- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) seeks consulting services to assist with the design and implementation of new practices under the guidance of the Business Process Management Unit (BPMU). This includes providing process improvement and modeling expertise while building PBGC process improvement skills. Services will consist of: mentoring, coaching, and teaching members of the PBGC staff best practices, methods, techniques, and tools for process improvement following Lean concepts, and advising and supporting process improvement activities being undertaken for two BPMU project(s). These activities will focus on enhancing the process improvement skills, capabilities, techniques, and strategies of the PBGC staff members engaged in the process improvement projects. The solicitation document, including any amendments, will be distributed through the FBO.gov web site. The site contains downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
