- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, superintendence, services and equipment to complete the Interior/Exterior Improvements at the Main Post Office located at 430 Poplar Street in Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. The project includes demolition of existing HVAC system, installation of new RTUs and duct work, R&R site paving, replacing all interior and exterior lighting, replacing all plumbing fixtures, constructing an additional restroom, exterior masonry repairs and waterproofing, replacing flagpole, landscaping and site improvements. Estimated cost range is $1,100,000 - $1,300,000. Performance period is 270 days. THIS SOLICITATION IS OPEN TO GENERAL/PRIME CONTRACTORS, WITH A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE AND THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS FOR 100% OF THE CONTRACT PRICE. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement, and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages are available for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $50.00 per package made payable to A&D Draft Aid.
