Description: NAICS Code: 334516 In accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Commercial Simplified procedures, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS with Oxford Instruments of America Inc. for a Non Liquid nitrogen detector that will achieve analytical sentivity of it?s current germanium detector and be able to upgrade at a later date to provide combined EDS and WDS from the same manufacturer on one computer.
