PRON: AX8C9701AX, NSN: 6625-01-220-7887, PN: 13083633-19, NOUN: Adapter, Test, QUANTITY: 15 each, applicable to the Electro-Optical Augmentation System, with deliveries to Orlando, FL 32819-0000. This item is restr icted to Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage Code 04939. because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufactu ring knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is five each due 212 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and five each month thereafter until contract c ompletion. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army. mil/cmo/ and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close pri or to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalificat ion requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
