Description

This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Applied Science Group, Inc., 175 Middlesex Tpke, Bedford, MA 01730, for the purchase of a Video Head Tracker with tethe rless eye tracking system. The award amount is estimated at $42,776. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 333314 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notic e, is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicatation available. See Numbered Note 22 - Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days.
