Description

Provide labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to present an innovative, bounteous, dynamic and attractive aerial fireworks display for Independence Day on the grounds of the Washington Monument, Washington, D.C. on July 4, 2008, with the opportunity of 4 option years: July 4, 2009 to July 4, 2012. Contractors must intend to perform all 5 years to be considered. This procurement is unrestricted and open to all sized businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 713990. The anticipated date the solicitation package will be issued on electronic commerce website ideasec.nbc.gov on or before December 7, 2007. The contract awarded will be a firm-fixed price contract. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $145,000 and $190,000 per year. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
