Description: This synopsis shall serve as the EOP, Office of Administration?s notice of intent to issue an order to SAS Institute for the renewal of SAS software products. The period of performance is December 1, 2007 through November 30, 2008. There will be two (2) one-year option periods. This procurement is considered to be a sole-source because the software is a proprietary and copyrighted product of SAS Institute. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated.
