Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source Basis with Donald Kenney/dba: Triangle Real Estate Services, Inc. for lease of parking and storage/office space and to accommodate 6 ATF Specialty Vehicles. The height requirement of 14' overhead doors is required for the ATF Specialty Vehicles. The space must have security system/alarm and wired for telephone/data circuits. Location of the parking and storage must be within a 12 mile radius from the ATF office located at 78 East Chestnut, Columbus, OH 43215. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. There is no solicitation available for this requirement. This requirement will be awarded through the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.
