PRON: AX8Q0029; NOUN: Spacer, Sleeve, NSN: 5365-01-171-3848; Quantity: 45 each; Part Number: 406-040-554-101 applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe with deliveries to Texarkana, Texas. This item is restrict ed to the following approved sources: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc (Cage Code 97499) because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise o btained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to iden tify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by assessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR).
