- The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) respond to questions received from offerors as of the initial closing date of 11/19 for receipt of questions, further extend the due date for receipt of questions through 11/23, and (3) extend the due date for receipt of proposals through 11/30. QUESTION: Would you be able to extend the due date for Solicitation RS-OIS-08-336 until November 27th? We would like to have sufficient time to quote the nearly 300 titles that are on the list and next week is a shortened work week for us due to the holiday. RESPONSE: Due date for receipt of proposals is extended through 11/30 QUESTION: We need some additional information from you so we can get appropriate prices for the online versions of your titles. We need the following information: a. # users b. # IP addresses c. # workstations d. Do you want a site license for any of the titles? e. Will you pay extra for online versions or do you only want those that are free with a print subscription? RESPONSE: a. 2054 b. 148.184.*.* c. Additional information is needed before an answer can be provided d. Yes e. Yes QUESTION: I am following up with my voice mail message. I am requesting an extension until Nov. 30 to present our proposal due to the holiday and office closures and vacations. If that's a possibility, that would be appreciated. Please advise either way. RESPONSE: Due date for receipt of proposals is extended through 11/30. QUESTION: In compliance with your instructions I would like to ask for the following questions before your Noontime 11/19 cut-off: a. How many FTEs does the NRC have so we can supply this information to the publishers? b. Due to the short holiday week, may we have a time extension for delivering our best proposal possible to you? c. Please clarify that the proposal "not exceeding 50 pages" shall include the total of both the technical and cost proposals. RESPONSE: a. 2054 b. Due date for receipt of proposals is extended through 11/30. c. The combined page count for separate technical and cost proposals should not exceed 75 pages. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-NOV-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
