- This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide the following services/products: 1) Formalize a Strategic Communications Plan by Conducting a market analysis, Conducting an organizational analysis, Facilita ting the development of LANG strategic messages, Providing a formalized planning document, Providing graphic products/ideas for use in print, web, radio, TV, blog, and other forms of media as appropriate to support LANG goals or missions. 2) LANG Website(s ) development: Redesign/create a new public domain LANG website, Build strategic messages and marketing into the LANG public domain website and subordinate unit websites, Design/create subordinate unit/organizational public domain websites, and Develop a w ebsite implementation and technical staff training plan. The detailed Request for Proposal is posted on the https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ website. Proposals will be due not later than 20 Dec 07 at 1:00 CST. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for sm all business under the NAICS code of 541512 with a size standard of $23million.
