OFFERS DUE: November 28, 2007. FULL DETAILS IN RFO FILE DOWNLOAD: 1 - RFO - DTFANM-08-R-00014 Carpet replacement Northern CA TRACON.pdf Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to replace the carpet in the administrative area at the Northern California TRACON in Mather, CA, in accordance with the specifications, drawings, contract clauses, and wage rates. GENERAL: This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the replacement of carpet in the Administrative Area at NCT. 1. Remove existing systems furniture, chairs, filing cabinets, computers, copiers, shelving, etc. 2. Remove the existing carpet, vinyl base, wall base and transitions in the Administrative Areas. 3. Prepare floor per carpet manufacturer's recommendations. 4. Apply carpet tile adhesive. 5. Install new carpet tile. 6. Install new vinyl base. 7. Re-install wall base. 8. Install new thresholds. 9. Repair any damage due to removal and installation work. 10. Recycle the removed carpet. 11. Final clean up. 12. Provide 5% extra carpet stock. 13. Provide 1 year written warranty for installation and materials. All work will be done in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings; and manufacturer's recommendations. Work will be completed during non-business hours. Carpet shall be laid out in the installer's facility to allow for minimum 72 hours of off gassing.
