Description

Function: Introduction to Leadership (ITL), Course #2008-3 Dates: January 27 - February 8, 2008 Location: Veterans Benefits Academy 31 Hopkins Plaza, Suite G-100 Fallon Federal Building Baltimore, MD 21201 Requirements: 389 Sleeping room nights (Estimated @ $155.00 = $60295) (See breakdown of rooms per night below) o Government per diem or lower o Hotel must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 o Hotel must be registered and current with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) o Hotel must have Duns and Bradstreet number o Must have 3 Star or 3 Diamond rating o No penalty for rooms not used o Within 6 blocks of the training site o Banquet facility, with podium and microphone, and capability to provide on-site banquet for 40 people. o Ability to provide banquet meal at or below meal per diem rate of $29 per person on Thursday, February 8th from 6 -9 pm. Provide the following within room cost: o Provide a microwave and refrigerator in each guest room o Private 1 ? hour welcome reception on Monday night, January 28th; 6-7:30PM. o On site fitness center o Provide networking/study room to accommodate, nightly, 26-30 people for networking and homework o Washer/dryer's on site o Provide high-speed Internet access, 24x7, in each sleeping room at no additional charge.
