- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. H92240-08-T-7003A is issued as a request for quotation (rfq). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-19 effective September 19, 2007. The NAICS Code is 561740. The small business size standard is $4.5 Million. Description: Provide for carpet cleaning services for six (6) Buildings at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, CA. Period of Performance : November 15, 2007 through 30 September 2008, base year with four opton year. Option Year One: 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, Option Year Two: 01 October 2009 through 30 September 2010, Option Year Three: 01 October 2010 through 30 September 2011, Option Year Four: 01 October 2011 through September 2012. Carpet Cleaning Services to include: Item No. 0001. Carpet Cleaning for Bldg. 624. Carpet cleaning of approximate 25,000 square feet consisting of private office space, common walk areas, halls, conference rooms, and auditorium. The 25,000 square feet would be divided into four (4) quadrants each one being cleaned two (2) times per year. A total of eight (8) scheduled cleanings of approximately 6,250 square feet cleaned each time. Item No. 0002 Bldg. 624 Heavy Traffic areas. Carpet cleaning of approximately 5,500 square feet of halls/passages, conference rooms, and an auditorium which are areas subjected to heavier traffic and will require additional attention. Scheduling to be one cleaning every three (3) months or four (4) times in one year between quadrant cleanings. Item No. 0003. Service, Carpet Cleaning for Bldg. 603 Wing A. Carpet cleaning of approximately 4,380 square feet of private office space, common work areas and halls. Scheduling to be once every four (4) months or three (3) times per year. Item No. 0004. Service, Carpet cleaning for Bldg. 603M (Modular Units) Carpet cleaning of approximately 9,500 square feet of private office space, common work areas, halls and conference rooms in two story modular unit. Scheduling to be once every four (4) months or three (3) times per year. Item No. 0005. Service. Carpet cleaning for Bldg. 627 (Leap Frogs). Carpet cleaning of approximately 2,000 square feet of extremely soiled and abused carpet. Scheduling to be once every three (3) months or four (4) times per year. Item No. 0006. Service, Carpet cleaning for Bldg. 309 (OSG & OST1) . Carpet Cleaning of approximately 5,800 square feet of OST1 spaces consisting of private office spaces, common work areas, halls, conference rooms and training rooms located in the front. Also, the carpet cleaning of approximately 4,200 square feet of OSG/SOMPE spaces consisting of private office spaces, common work areas, halls, and a conference room located in the back. Scheduling to be once every four (4) months or three (3) times per year. Item No. 0007. Service. Carpet cleaning for Bldg. 1A (MSC Modulars) Carpet cleaning for approximately 3,000 square feet of private office spaces, common work areas, and halls. Scheduling to be once every six (6) months or two (2) times per year.
