Description
The Government is interested in leasing approximately 6,900 rentable sq.ft. yielding 6,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area sq.ft. of fully serviced office (to be provided as part of the rental consideration) and related space in NASHVILLE, TN. This space is required no later than FEBRUARY 1, 2009. The lease term is ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. Space must be located within or directly on the following geographic boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of I-440 and I-65, proceed south on I-65 until Old Hickory Blvd.( SR254), then proceed West on Old Hickory Blvd. until Granny White Pike, then proceed south on Granny White Pike until Murray Lane, then proceed East on Murray Lane until Franklin Rd (US 31), then proceed north on Franklin Rd. until Old Hickory Blvd, then proceed East on Old Hickory Blvd until I-24, then proceed Northwest on I-24 until Briley Parkway (SR155), then proceed Northeast on Briley Pkwy until Elm Hill Pike, then proceed Southeast on Elm Hill Pike until Donelson Rd., then proceed South on Donelson Rd. until I-40, then process West on I-40 until I-24, then proceed Southeast on I-24 until I-440, then proceed West on I-440 until I-65 closing the area.
