Description
Contract for Emergency Combat Trauma Training (CTT), including Live Tissue Training (LTT), to be taught at a Government facility aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. All LTT shall be reviewed in advance by a medical officer designated by The Medical Officer (TMO) of the Marine Corps, Director, Health Services Training and Education Center of Excellence (HSTECOE), and a representative of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Veterinarian Office. These individuals will ensure compliance with MCO P3500.75, SECNAVINST 3900.38C, 9 CFR parts 1-4, and Combat Medical Training Guidelines for the Marine Corps. Required evaluation will take place within 30 days of request, and HQMC Health Services approval shall be required prior to contract award. The resultant contract will be for the period of 01 February 2008 (or date of award, whichever is later), through 31 December 2008. Proposed acquisition is a small business set-aside. Government Request fo r Quote (RFQ) to provide this service will be issued late November 2007. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 611310, and the size standard is $6.5 million. Scope of Requirement: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, supplies, supervision, administration, labor, transportation, and qualified personnel to accomplish the total work effort for the provision of emergency combat trauma training, including live tissue training. The solicitation will be available for download via the internet, www.Neco.Navy.Mil, or Fedbizops, www.fedbizopps.gov.
