Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division plan to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand Lake Road, MP 051, Orlando, FL 32819-8907. The BOA will cover a three-year period with two one-year options. This BOA will support procurement of related support services and data for the AN/AAQ-30 Targeting-Guidance Sets (also known as Target Sight System ?TSS?) for the U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z SUPER COBRA Helicopter inclusive of line items for interim support, repairs, engineering services, engineering changes, integrated logistics support, installation and check-out material, support materials, and data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List. All support will be in accordance with the Statement of Work, Performance Specification, Interface Control Document and other technical documentation. The highest level of security required under this requirement is Secret, which will be designated on the DD For m 254. Possession of this level of clearance will be verified prior to award. Procurements under the BOA will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis will satisfy the BOA requirement to issue a synopsis for Job Orders on an annual basis. DPAS rating is DO-A70. Numbered Note 22 and 26 apply.
