Description

Air Test and Evaluation Squadron TWO ZERO (VX-20) located at NAS Patuxent River intends to issue a non-commercial services contract to Northrop Grumman Field Support SVCs, Inc, 5000 U.S. 1 North, St. Augustine, Florida, 32095-3447. This contract will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Northrop Grumman Field Support SVCs, Inc, in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy agency requirements. Northrop Grumman is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and system integrator of the C-2A, E-2C, and E-2D aircraft and has sole proprietary ownership of the technical and engineering data necessary to sustain and modifiy these test aircraft.
