- Description
- This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is amended to include the following questions and answers: 1. In section VI. Government Furnished Equipment it says an overhead projector will be provided. Does that mean a transparency style projector or a computer style projector? ANSWER: Either type of projector is available. We assume most providers would want to use a projector connected to a computer. 2. The RFQ also requests that the proposal be 10 pages or less. Does that 10 pages include things like the cover page and/or attached letters of recommendation and resumes? ANSWER: The length of the proposal is flexible. Clarity and succinctness of the proposal is most important 3. When we submit the 3 copies of course materials (workbooks and slides) with the proposal do you also need 3 copies of PMBOK and other textbooks we use, or would one of each be sufficient? ANSWER: We do not need copies of the PMBOK. We want to review the vendor's course materials. If commercially available textbooks other than the PMBOK is used for the course one copy would be sufficient. 4. In pricing we generally do a flat rate pricing where travel and materials are included. Is it necessary we break that a part or can we quote it as a flat rate price that covers all three categories? ANSWER: Flat price quote is acceptable.
