- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Beckman Coulter, Inc., 4300 N. Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92835-1091, for continued annual preventive maintenance contracts for the following Beckman Coulter equipment: spectrophotometer, three (3) centrifuges, UltraCentrifuge, CEQ 8000 sequencer, HiSpeed Centrifuge, centrifuge J-26XPI, centrifuge L90K, and Avanti centrifuge J-26CPI. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 6.302-2. Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued.
