- The purpose of this modification is to notify potential offerors of the posting of Amendment 0004 to solicitation number W91QV1-07-R-0003. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offeror due date/local time to allow sufficient time to prepare a list of questions and answers pertaining to this solicitation. The revised offer due date/local time for proposals and submission of Past Performance Questionnaires (Parts I and II) is 11:00 am EST, November 20, 2007. Offerors are instructed to remove the current version of Past Performance Questionnaire and replace with the revised Past Performance Questionnaire, available via ASFI as an attachment titled RevisedPPQ.
