- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center (PSC), Division of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the PSC Division of Property Management, Logistics Services Branch, is seeking a contractor to provide a variety of labor services to support daily operations of the Personal Property Facility Warehouse in Gaithersburg, MD, as well as performing office relocations as needed. The Contractor shall provide labor services to a number of offices and activities administratively related to the PSC. This requirement is totally set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. It is anticipated that a labor hour/time and materials performance based service contract will be awarded for a base period of 9 months, with four 12-month option periods available. The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Number is 493110, and the business size standard is $23.5 million. Prospective offerors will be given an opportunity to attend a pre-proposal conference at the Government?s main warehouse facility. Prospective offerors will be given an opportunity to submit questions prior to the pre-proposal conference, as well as prior to the submission of proposals. The submission date for questions for the pre-proposal conference will be addressed in the Request for Proposal package, and the submission date for questions prior to proposal submission will be addressed at the conclusion of the pre-proposal conference. All questions must be submitted in Microsoft Word format to Anita Nearhoof via e-mail: anita.nearhoof@psc.hhs.gov, and will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. No telephone or fax questions will be accepted.
