- This procurement is Unrestricted with a HubZone Evaluation Preference.??Project is for construction of an addition to the existing consolidated maintenance facility now under construction. Provide open and covered parking, and concrete material stor age bins.?Estimated cost of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00.?The NAICS Code assigned is 236220 with a size standard of $31,000,000.00. Construction completion is 720 calendar days.??This procurement is being advertised as a Request for Prop osal (RFP). Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Large Business Firms are required to submit a subcontracting plan with their proposals.?The Small Business subcontracting goal for this procurement is 51.2% of the total subcontracting dollar value.?Of that %, 8.8% should be placed with Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 7.3% with Women Owned Small Businesses, 3.1% with HUB Zone Businesses, 1.5% with Veteran Owned Small Businesses and 1. 5% with Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.??All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.?? It is imperative that all small disadvantaged businesses contact their cognizant Small Business Administration Office to obtain Small Disadvantaged Business Certification.?Without SBA SDB certification, a prime contractor nor a federal agency can receive S DB credit when utilizing non-certified SDB contractors/ subcontractors.????
