- The Wilkes Barre VAMC in northeastern Pennsylvania will soon solicit for a complete home oxygen program service contract. The current program size is approximately 800 patients residing in Northeastern PA and Tioga County, NY. VA owns the concentrators and will rent cylinders from the service vendor. This is a Pre-Solicitation notification only. No documents are available at this time. Please disregard the "due date" listed above, and no response from potential offerors is required or requested.
