- The Government intends to negotiate and make a sole source award to Eldersource Care Management Services, Inc. 1900 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY to develop a survey, collect data, and merge into a database the characteristics of elderly veterans who seek community based aging services and social services. Eldersource is the single information and referral source for Monroe and surrounding counties. A determination by the Contracting Officer to not seek competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. The contract period is 2 years.
