- This is the formal public announcement of the performance decision for the A-76 Streamlined Competition for the DGPS Maritime Information Watch Specialist and Information Technology (IT) functional activities performed at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Navigation Center (NAVCEN) in Alexandria, VA and Petaluma, CA. The competition was conducted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 (revised), Performance of Commercial Activities, dated May 29, 2003. A performance decision has been rendered favoring the agency. This performance decision officially ends this streamlined competition.
