PR No: 0015287332. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a SEA KNIGHT H-46Helicopter. This solicitation SPM4A6-08-R-0141 will be solicited for award of a definite quantity firm fixed price contract (FFP) with 100% option. The approved source is Transdigm Inc., CAGE 04638, P/N C80037-2. The NSN and Quantity are as follows: NSN 1680-00-149-8004; Quantity: 60 each, 100% Option 60 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection & Acceptance Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 15 November 2007. The anticipated award date is 15 January 2008. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
