- Description
- The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) is issuing a solicitation for service to acquire support for the continued maintenance and enhancement of a very large (~60,000 function points) and complex software application known as the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS). DSAMS is managed and maintained by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) on behalf of over 2,500 users in the Army, Navy, Air Force, DSCA and other Defense Agencies. The proposed contract will be performance-based Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). This requirement is being solicitated as a total 8(a) set aside. Offerors may download the entire solicitation at the following website: http://www.dsca.mil/programs/biz-ops/business_operations.htm. The solicitation is currently posted on this website. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed in writing to Lisa Davis, Contracting Officer, Email: lisa.davis@dsca.mil. No telephonic request will be entertained. All questions must be in writing. NO EXCEPTIONS. The cut-off date for questions is 15 Aug 2007 at 1:00 P.M. EST. Proposals are due 10 Sep 2007 at 1:00 P.M. NO EXCEPTIONS.
