No telephone requests will be accepted. NOUN: Belt, Aircraft Safet; PRON: AX8F0036; NSN: 1680-01-336-9241; PN: 1101848-07; Quantity: 190 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to N ew Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 190 each 156 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Pacific Scientific Company ( Cage Code 45402) because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it can not be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recogni ze and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Sta ndard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
