Description

DESC: The item to procure is a Fan, Circulating, NSN 4140-01-537-1802, Part Number 26990000. Requirements are for a 3-year Requirements type contract with an estimated maximum contract quantity of 60 each. FOB is destination. For use on the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS). Estimated issue date is 14 Nov 07. The propo sed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is ROTRON Incorporated, 55 Hashbrouck LN, Woodstock, NY 12498-1807. Th is solicitation does not have a Technical Data Package (TDP). This announcement is for subcontracting purposes only. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vend ors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendmen ts thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
