Description

The US Military Academy is seeking sources to provide up to 300 Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPI) telephonically - each OPI lasts from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the level of proficiency of the speaker - to Interagency Language Roundtable specific ations from date of award through 30 September 2008. Languages to be tested include Modern Standard Arabic, Mandarin Chinese, French, farsi, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. Testers must be OPI Certified in the target language by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) in the Interagency Language Roundtable testing procedures.
