- This is a Sole Source announcement. No hard copy RFQ will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government intends to award on a firm fixed price contract to The Math Works for the items in the attachment. Contract to be awarded IAW Simplified Acquisition FAR Part 13. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of publication of this synopsis. Central Contractor Registration is required for all vendors doing business with Department of Defense. Information may be found at http://www.ccr.gov.
