Description
The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking proposals from business entities interested in participating in an unrestricted acquisition for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR Part 15, Source Selection Procedures. This item is Vehicle Loading Ramp, and is comprised of NSNs 3990-01-347-2641 (P/N SW33952-1) and 3990-01-347-2642 (P/N SW33952-1). The sole source manufacturer of the item is DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc. (98255). Solicitation SPM8EF-07-R-0002 is expected to be issued November 30, 2007 with an estimated closing date of January 4, 2008. The proposed acquisition is for a total estimated annual quantity of 96 EA and 92 EA respectively. The total estimated value is approximately $498,200.00 per year. The acquisition will be solicited as an IQC. The Minimum Ordering Quantity is 1 EA and the Maximum Ordering Quantity is 260 EA. The IQC will have a 2-year base with 3 one-year options. Delivery is to CONUS stock locations, destination inspection. Delivery schedule is 180 days. The solicitation will be evaluated as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Offer (FAR 15.101-2). This acquisition is for supplies that the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304c(1).
