Description
RD07271027/ BSM IQC07282009008. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-00-003-1156, Bolt Assembly, Rotary Wing Head , manufactured IAW with drawings Boeing Helicopter Co, Cage 77272 and AMCOM Cage 81996 procurement package 114R3650 Rev ?Y? Dtd 22 July 2005 and SS114R3650 Rev ?K? Dtd 01 March 2002. Part Number 114R3650-7. Source control applies with intended sources SPS Technologies and Avibank Mfg Inc. Configuration Control Applies. New Source Fatigue Testing Required. Army Flight Safety Critical Item. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 684 each per base year and 684 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. First Article Testing/ Preproduction Approval Contract Testing Required. Configuration Control Applies. Delivery is 340 days ARO including First Article testing by Contractor in 120 days ARO. FOB Destination, stock location to be cited on each delivery order. ORIGIN Inspection is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Other than full and open competition, more than one approved source. Any manufacturer other than the approved source wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
