- Description
- The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ, intends to issue a fixed-price requirements contract for a base period of one-year with two one-year options for miscellaneous paving. The contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all plant, labo r, equipment and materials. The services include, but are not limited to runway repair and construction; parking apron repair and construction; taxiway repair and construction; street construction and overlay; parking lot construction and overlay; curb, g utter and sidewalk construction; drainage structure construction and repair; landscaping. This action will be competed unrestricted pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification sys tem (NAICS) is 237310 and the size standard $31.0 million applies. The project magnitude will vary depending on the project requirements. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only and interested parties may download it from http://www.yuma.army.mil/contracting/, where it will be posted on or about November 1, 2007. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be conta ined within the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative that interested parties review the website frequently for any amendments to the solicitation.
