Description
Reference Solicitation Number W912PE-08-T-0005: Contractor shall provide a Tour Manager and professional celebrity entertainment in support of the HQ, USAREURS entertainment requirement to be provided to deployed sites in Kuwait and Iraq during fisc al year 2007. Services provided during this tour include, but are not limited to: providing one 60  90 minute celebrity entertainment event, meeting and greeting deployed service members, signing autographs, attending command functions, posing for photos , participating in print and audio interviews at each deployed site over a nine day tour. The tour shall feature a tour Manager and the Entertainment Group as listed below and mutually agreed upon, in writing by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR), a substitute/equivalent: REQUIREMENT TYPE OF ACT: COUNTRY MUSIC MICHAEL SCOTT APPROXIMATE DATES: 16-27 November 2007 (12 days, Dates subject to change) Performance. The contractor shall provide a total of one (1) COUNTRY MUSIC TOUR featuring Michael Scott to include (8) eight (ref. paragraph 4.5) 60  90 minute performances and Meet and Greet (M&G) Tour to the MWR Deployed Entertainment touring show prog ram in accordance with this PWS over a (12) twelve day period. The contractors group size for this entertainment events shall consist of no more than seven (07) tour members and one (1) tour manager or a total group size of no more than eight (08) people. If required, the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) s hall approve in writing a group size of more than sixteen members prior to travel in Southwest Asia. The group shall be available to travel to multiple Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) each day and participate in one (1) 60  90 minute musical performance (8 performances throughout effort) with post event M&G sessions and an additional separate M&G session for up to 6 hours (not including travel time) of appearances per day with uniformed service members within the SWA theater of operation. (6 hours of appearances each day  not including travel time).
