Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for the following: Manufacture Type II, Personalized T-Shirts in accordance with the below specifications: The T-Shirts have to be manufactured in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. The t-shirts must be manufactured IAW USAFA PD 34 TRW/SDCU-174, DTD 21 NOV 03 AND IAW USAFA PD 34 TRW/SDCU-175, DTD 31 JUL 03. The quantities are as follows: Line Item Description QTY Unit 0001 Personalized T-Shirts 1264 KT List of names, sizes and countries will be provided with RFQ. The delivery date of the t-shirts is 15 Dec 2007. Request for quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about 11 October 2007. The RFQ closing will be on or about 22 Oct 2007. The RFQ will be made available electronically on FedBizOpps. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 315211 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. Note: IAW FAR 19.1303(d) Except for construction or services, any HUBZone small business concern (nonmanufacturer) proposing to furnish a product that it did not itself manufacture must furnish the product of a HUBZone small business concern manufacturer to receive a benefit under this subpart.
