- See numbered notes 26: NSN 5930-01-213-7565, Thermostatic Switch. This is an RFP that includes a 100% option(total qty 1078 including option). Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved sources. Approved source: Custom Control Sensors (09049) P/N 6150T43 and ITT Corporation (98087) P/N 1173T0340. Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on or after the issue date of 10/9/07 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
