Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking to procure a LED Ligh ting system. The contract line items deliverables, period of performance, and performance work statement are contained in the SOW. Basis for this award will be low price, technically acceptable. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. To obtain copies of the SOW, go to the CCE webpage at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/. On the homepage, click on the SERVICES icon. On the right side of the Services page under SERV ICES FOR BUSINESS PARTNERS, click on RFPs. Scroll down and select the required solicitation number HQ0012-7242-0001-000.
