- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2F2107241A001-Fernandez is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-19, Effective 17 Sept 2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339999 with a size standard of 500 employees, the SIC code is 3999. Offerors shall submit a quote for the following items or an equal: NOTICE: This is an ?END OF YEAR? requirement. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation (combined synopsis/solicitation) until funds are available. If funds are not received by 30 September of the current year, this requirement will be cancelled. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation (combined synopsis/ solicitation) at any time. Notification of cancellation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov/ <http://www.fbo.gov/> . CLIN 0001: 1 each- ROBO Crib 1000 Up to 1050 bins. CLIN 0002: 1 each- ROBO Crib 2000 Upto 2574 bins. CLIN 0003: 1,900 each- Parts bins for the ROBO Crib, 1500 1/12 and 400 1/6. CLIN 0004: 1 each- Auto CRIB 5.2 Client/Server Software License-Not connected to Lan System. CLIN 0005: 1 each- Installation, training, and freight/handling. 4 days on-site set up and training. FOB: Destination for delivery to Hurlburt Field AFB, FL 32544. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition and will remain in full force in any resultant award: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. It is amended to read: Offeror shall submit signed and dated offer to 1SOCONS/LGCC, Attn: SrA Amanda Fernandez, 350 Tully St Bldg 90339, Hurlburt Field FL 32544-5810 NLT 26 Sep, 2007 at 1 pm Central Standard time. Submit signed and dated quotations on company letterhead or quotation form and marked with solicitation number F2F2107241A001-Fernandez. Offer may be emailed to amanda.fernandez@hurlburt.af.mil. The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. (1) TO HAVE A QUOTE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD ALL VENDERS MUST PROVIDE MANUFACTURER, PART NUMBER, AND EXTENDED SPECIFICATIONS OF THE EXACT MODEL BEING PROPOSED FOR ALL LINE ITEMS FOR EVALUATION FOR ?OR EQUAL? , NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A NON RESPONSIVE BID AND REMOVAL FROM AWARD CONSIDERATION. (2)WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
