Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation # VA-241-08-RQ-0002 is issued as a request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. This solicitation is unrestricted. North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 334220 applies to this requirement and the size standard is 750 employees. The government intents to award a firm fixed price contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Delivery, which shall be FOB Destination to VA Medical Center Manchester, NH 03104, shall occur 30 days after award of the purchase order. CLIN 0001: Motorola Mototrbo UHF Repeater with antenna, coax, grounding and wall mounting hardware. MFR# XPR8300, QTY: 1. CLIN 0002: Motorola Mototrbo UHF portable radio w/display - No GPS capable. MFR: XPR6500, QTY: 30. CLIN 0003: Motorola Mototrbo base station with display, power supply and indoor UHF antenna installed. MFR# XPR4500, QTY: 1. CLIN 0004: Tone remote adapter - required to allow connection to existing remote units. MFR# L3276, QTY: 1. Contact Heather Hampton at (603)629-3206 for frequency information.
