- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement RFQ233657, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. The NAICS for this solicitation is 541511. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is $23.0. This is unrestrictive. This is a commercial request for Galaxy Siftware Priemer Sup Coverage for a two year period 10/05/2007-10/04/2009. CommServe Storage Mgr 1; D-Windows Server 20; Library Management Software 1, SAN MediaAgent (Windows) 20; Shared Storage with iDDs 1. Award Basis: Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: Technical Capability, Price, and delivery schedule. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this solicitation. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is also applicable.
