- SYNOPSITATION FOR ELEVATOR UPGRADES FA8601-07-T-0090 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for an upgrade on a plunger lift, freight elevator, with 2 stops (floors), located at Bldg 10856, which is 21 years old. This is a commodity purchase to be procured for the 88th ABW, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Due date for quotes and completed 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, is Thursday, 27 September 2007, 11:00 AM EST. Quote package should be submitted to 88 CONS/PKBA (Deanna Kokocha), 1940 Allbrook Drive, Room 109, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433, or faxed to 937-656-1412, or e-mailed to Deanna.Kokocha@wpafb.af.mil. Funds currently are not available for this acquisition. If funds do not become available prior to 30 Sep 2007, this Synopsitation will be cancelled. A Site Visit will be conducted at Wright-Patterson AFB on Wednesday, 26 September 2007 at 0930 a.m. EST. All participants are required to assemble in the Parking Lot of the Hope Hotel by the canopy labeled "Conference Center" at 0900 a.m. Government transportation will be provided from that point and will leave the Hope Hotel promptly at 0915 a.m. To access the Hope Hotel, turn into Gate 12A, Hope Hotel is immediately to the right, in a non-secure area. You do not need to go through the Base Security Gate. Please submit names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to Deanna Kokocha, Contract Specialist, e-mail: Deanna.Kokocha@wpafb.af.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. 25 September 07. The following information is required on each attendee: Full name (no nicknames) and social security number along with the respective company name, address and phone number. This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the military base and adequate transportation for all attendees. All offerors are responsible for confirming receipt of e-mails to Deanna.Kokocha. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-07-T-0090 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). No hard copies will be sent. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12. Proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Code (NAIC) is 333921, size standard 500 employees applies. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated with 1 (one) line items as described below.
