Description

Non-Personal Service contract to provide Army Family Team Building and Army Family Action Plan Services to Army Agency in Mannheim, GERMANY. Immediate commencement of performance. The Army Family Team Building (AFTB) Program is an educational training program designed to teach, orient and connect Family Members to Army systems, programs and the Army way of life that enables individuals and families to function at the highest level i n any situation with minimal outside support. The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) provides Soldiers and families the opportunity to raise issues or concerns regarding quality of life (QOL) for leaderships information and action. Each program makes a sign ificant contribution to the readiness of the force; first by AFTB creating informed, self-sufficient families, and secondly by AFAP improving benefits, entitlements, programs and services. The contractor shall provide the AFAP and the AFTB program services and work in support of other Army Community Service (ACS) core programs. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
