Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, and supplemental information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; qu otations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The reference number for this effort is W912ES-07-T-0097 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and D efense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARs) can be accessed on the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ (iv) This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 454319 and the small business siz e standard is 6.5 million dollars. (v) This requirement consists of 1 line item (0001 45,000 GALLONS #2 DIESEL FUEL FOR DREDGE FLEET/EQUIPMENT TO BE DELIVERED TO THE DREDGE WILLIAM A. THOMPSON, CANTON, MISSOURI, ON SEPTEMBER 28, 2007. (vi)Work to be c ompleted under this purchase order will consist of the following: The offeror shall deliver 45,000 gallons of #2 diesel fuel to the Dredge William A. Thompson on September 28, 2007. Offeror shall be capable of delivery within 48 hours of award. Offeror shall be capable of transporting and delivering fuel in compliance with 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382. (vii) Deliverables and acceptance of deliverables will be FOB destination, Dredge William A. Thompson. The completion date for the service is September 28, 2 007. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. (ix) The provisions at 52.212-3 Alt. I, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and 52.219-1 Alt. I, Small Business Progra m Representations apply to this solicitation. The contractor shall return a completed copy of these provisions with its quotation. A copy of the provisions may be attained from http://www.arnet.gov/far.
