Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. W912CM-07-T-0225 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. NAICS code is 423430. 3. Requirement: Software upgrade for the High Assurance Guards (HAG) systems HS4213 and HS 4214 for the 5th Signal Command in Germany. 4. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. Award will be made to low priced offer considering the best value to the Government. Best value in terms that the software can accomplish the stated requirements. 5. Vendors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. 6. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items JUN 2007 (Deviation) apply to this acquisition. 7. The contractor shall provide, as a minimun, normal commercial warranty. 8. The date, time and place offers are due on or before 25 Sep 07.
