- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron has a requirement to Lease tower space at 3865 72nd Ave NW Parashall ND, 58770 Coordinates 47.58.17N lat. / 102.07.51W long for a Frequency (RF) repeater site for 5 Communication Squadron Minot AFB, ND. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to enter into a firm on year fixed-price Purchase order with 4 option years with Reservation Telephone Cooperative; 24 Main Street North Parshall ND 58770-0068. The NAICS code for this procurement is 517110. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer within 7 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement listed. Responses are due by September 28, 2007 at 12:00p.m. CST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
