Description

VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate sole source with Hill-Rom, 1069 State Route 46 East, Batesville IN 47006 to purchase reconditioned HILL-ROM SP02 Total Care Bed System packages and related HILL-ROM bed components for the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. Company shall furnish trade-in credit for existing Total Care beds being replaced. The NAICS code is 423450 and the small business size standard for this procurement is 1 employees. No solicitation package is available. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. No telephone requests will be accepted. Inquiries should be directed to the contracting officer at Raphelle.longrie@va.gov and must be received by 3:00PM EST on Tuesday, September 25, 2007. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.
