- Description
- The Bureau of Labor Statistics has a requirement for software maintenance and because QQQ Software, Inc. is the manufacturer for TPL Software, BLS intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with QQQ Software, Inc., 302 North Irving Street, Arlington, VA., 22201, for the renewal of TPL Software Upgrades for BLS Site License, which includes upgrades to all new versions released during the year and respond to telephone, fax, and email queries regarding the use of the software for the period of 10/01/2006 through 09/30/2007. The License Software and Platforms include the following: TPL Tables for Sun Solaris: TPL-SQL for Sun Solaris and TPL Tables for Windows 98, XP, 2000;which includes TPL-SQL for ODBC;the purchase requirements NTE $55,000.00. This notice is not a request for offers. However, if your company can meet all requirements, please provide capabilities and pricing by 10/10/2006. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-OCT-2006).
